Great food and generous portions, perfect for families! The food here is still as good as ever! They offer unlimited side dishes, which is a fantastic bonus. The restaurant has a very nice atmosphere, a great location, and plenty of space, making it a highly recommended spot for large families to come and enjoy a meal together. The customer service was pretty good as well. The staff was incredibly friendly and helped me pick out a great cut of meat, which turned out to be delicious. The portions are huge—I had a lot of leftovers to take home—and the prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get. The only downside to our visit is that the bathrooms really need to be cleaned. Aside from that one issue, it was a great dining experience!

First visit - The food was good. I tried the lunch beef brisket for $20. 1/2 pound of beef brisket with roasted white potatoes, mashed potatoes, yellow rice, cole slaw, grape tomatoes, garlic cloves, jalapeño slices, three sauces; pop included. The brisket was fork tender and flavorful. The yellow rice was very tasty. The mashed potatoes were smooth and had lots of pepper. Cilantro was served as a green “salad” with nothing on it which is okay if you like cilantro. My only complaint is that the platter holding the meat and potatoes isn’t a warmer. Based on the pictures that others have posted, you have to go for dinner for the full effect…seasoning on the mashed potatoes, more sauces, onions and seasoning on the cilantro.

We hosted a gathering of 40+ people, and everything was excellent from start to finish. The food was incredible, the meat was so tender it slid right off the bone, the brisket was delicious, and the dry rub was truly outstanding. The service was phenomenal. The staff was responsive, generous, and incredibly helpful with all of our customization needs. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such thoughtful and accommodating hosts at a restaurant. There was plenty of food, generous sides, and everything was handled with care. The space itself is open, comfortable, and welcoming. The seating was great, and the aroma of the food was perfect inviting without being overpowering. Highly recommend Meat Moot for both a meal out and larger gatherings!

Absolutely amazing experience at Meat Moot in Novi. The concept is perfect you pick your protein and the sides are included, which makes it simple and great value for the quality you get. The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Every bite felt premium. The sides were just as impressive and complemented the meat really well. Service was top tier, very attentive and welcoming. The atmosphere is clean, modern, and has a great vibe. Definitely one of the best spots in the area if you’re looking for high quality food and a smooth experience. Highly recommend.

If you’re looking for one of the best halal restaurants in the Midwest for a unique dining experience, Meat Moot is definitely a spot you need to try. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance stood out right away modern, stylish, and perfect for dinner with friends, family, or even a date night. The restaurant has such a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff made the entire experience even better with their attentiveness and hospitality. We started with the mango juice and the pomegranate mojito mocktail, both super refreshing and a perfect way to start the meal. The flavors were fresh, balanced, and paired so well with the smoky dishes that came after. For the food, the beef brisket was incredibly juicy, tender, and packed with smoky flavor. You can really tell the meat is slow-cooked with care because every bite was soft and flavorful. The lamb shoulder was another standout perfectly cooked, rich, and so tender it practically fell apart. Definitely one of the best lamb dishes we’ve had recently.
